Intro

Being the first week of this league/tourney, I expected things to be LIVE, but due to a lot of no-shows, it was almost the exact opposite. On the other hand, the battles that didn’t have no-shows, I heard some of the best shit I heard from some people. Everyone who DID drop, I heard some nice shit from em.

Although this hasn’t been as live or w/e as I thought it’d be, there was a lotta nice suggestions and help for next week.

Also, we’ve had 2 people sign out, but 2 people also sign in, which is a sorta shame, cos I was hoping everyone would stay…

But ey…lets get down to the mag..

Battle overviews

Jdakidd vs M. $tacks

I thought this would definitely be the match of the week, and I thought definitely a lotta people would vote on it, but I was wrong, in my opinion, it was still a good match up. Jda had some real deep shit coming from him, which you would already expect anyway, cos that’s what he specialize in, and I’d say $tacks did reasonably good, seeing as he only did this in like 15 – 30 mins? And don’t normally do deep tracks. Jdakidd won by 4 votes to none.

In$anity vs. YG22

Well, due to YG being outta town for the week, he didn’t have any time to make a song, and no-showed, but told me..Anyways, In$anity was very low quality, but I could make out some of the lyrics. In$anity wins by no-show

Maniak vs. Pryceless vs T-skillz

This was most definitely the liveliest battle of the week; they had some nice lyrics, nice ways of making songs etc...They all made it sound professional, excluding mic quality. Pryceless, had the best lyrics, and some nice flow on it. Maniak had the nice flow, lyrics, and delivery on it. T-skillz, put nice swag on his track. I made the vote, then pryce dropped, then a lot of votes changed, but I still stuck with maniak anyway. Nice battle. Pryceless wins this with 4 votes. Maniak got 2 votes, and t-skillz got one vote.

Cyco34 vs Scoobykanye

A’ight, this battle, Scoobykanye dropped with a nice song, and Cyco, no showed.

Akiddd1987 vs krazyplaya

Hip-hop is dead versus hip hop ain’t dead. This was a sick battle, got a lotta views n shit. Krazyplaya def knew what he needed to do, as did Akiddd. Akidd had nice lyrics, and flow, not so good delivery, while krazy had nice flow, lyrics, and delivery…some nice additions. I voted krazyplaya, but akiddd still did very good. Was a close battle. Akiddd wins by 5 – 2.

9. ScoobyKanye, I think he could of done much better, but I set him a hard one, and I think that club bangers really ain’t his thing.

8. In$anity, I think he had a lot of other shit going on, but just made the attempt to even show, so props to him.

7. T-skillz, he weren’t really at his best standards, but I have a feeling he’ll do somehow sick in the round.

6. Krazyplaya, he definitely had some nice shit in here, but he could have done better.

5. M.$tacks, again, nice shit, but stacks seemed real busy.

4. Akiddd, Same as krazyplaya, still nice shit though, and a bit better.

3. Maniak, definitely better than what I thought though.

2. Jdakidd, he definitely seemed the most into this tourney out of everyone, even since the other one started. Jda dropped a nice song this week, and next week hope to be even better.


1. Prycele$$, he definitely seemed in favor of nearly everyone this week, he probably dropped the nicest song, but I didn’t vote for him because I felt maniaks more.

Well, what can I say, I dunno anything else to type about. And I’m basically running this tourneague on my own with the little bits of help from sureloc and G. This weeks been fairly good, and I’m looking for something better next week.
