wow a damn nice battle,

grimey was cool, very nice too wasnt repetive either
ar15 was good, also wasnt repetive, had the dark piano on it too the extreme

Grimy: i didn't feel too much of the 'dark piano' theme for your's. i felt more of a storytelling emotional piano..
the beat was koo, but you should kill the repetetive keys. switch it up some u know?
i liked the drums, but they could also be switched up. it sounds like you have one drum pattern going through the whole beat.

AR15: i got that dark vibe from your beat. especially when the snares got to rollin. shit was hot. i didn't like the electronic synth you had going; on what im presuming to have been the hook. although it DID sound like a dark piano with a southern twist, i will not say you didn't meet the theme. that "halloween" piano riff worked out well haha. (yes, i caught that)

both had interesting beats that had both needs of improvement as well as areas that were dope. my vote is:

->ar15.
