this battle was weird for me.. i thought this shit would be personal as fuck considering the shit that went down & the amount of words both battlers exchanged with each other last round.. no disrespect but this battle was disappointing..both battlers had a shitload of material to go at each other with but neither utilized it

but anywayz...

Windy: nice battle beat.. nice flow/delivery.. most of ya verse was filler to me..there were alot of bars that lacked a diss or a punch... just hype, there wasnt any authoritative direction here, i mean nothing really gave you an edge, verse just didnt demand attention--there was too much indirect material, the punches you did have couldve been aimed at anybody & alot of the wordplay wasnt fresh... however you did have a good scheme. I liked the 'from the ghetto/Virginia Beach' personal but the 'photo in the bathroom' shit couldve been flipped better kuz it wouldve hit hard as hell...

Gem: kool beat choice..delivery was dope, flow was kool... you had alot of emotion behind this track but it seemed to be aimed more at JDa than windy... but like windy you had alot of bars that went nowhere, you sacrificed disses for multies kuz they stood out more than the concepts behind em... you can def. get personal (you showed that with the JDa disses) but you didnt put much effort in gettin at windy besides a few plays on his name... in the end, i think you put too much energy in dissing J...

Meta's: Neither
Creativity: Neither
Beat: Both

...this was a hard battle to judge kuz its pretty much even in my eyes besides the fact that windy attempted a few punches whereas Gem didnt really have any.. both failed to come hard at each other & both efforts were mediocre

IMO, windy by hair... but i can see either one of yall pulling away with the win..this is not a blowout battle..
