I think your referring to a haircut. Its a haircut were you spike your hair up all around, mostly Italians rock it.

nahhh mann a 4 all around with a blow out is they run a number 4 all around then they give u a blowout which means the sideburns and bottom part of ur hair is faded prob like a half or maybe even a skin. i have a 7 all around with a blowout. bitches love it cuz i spike it up alil messy and its tight and it aint to thugishh more stylishh.. but thats juts mee that pic above with john gotti or w/e his hair is prob like a 10 or soo so u have an idea... where u from tho?? cuz alot of places dont call em blow out jutsin miami .. i hear in new york its called a brooklyn or someshit

yea, we definitely call it a taper in cali... but a taper is just your back faded, i think this dude means a taper all around.. which i guess is called a blowout?
