Every time we turn around there's a new Guitar Hero announcement. That's not a bad thing at all. It's a good thing. Maybe a great thing considering today's hot word is about Guitar Hero 3.

First, the tracks:

* Paint it Black by The Rolling Stones
* Cherub Rock by Smashing Pumpkins
* Sabotage by Beastie Boys

Now, the details:

* More orignal tracks; less "made famous by:' tracks.
* New multiplayer battle mode
* Boss battles (!)

“The development team at Neversoft has been exceptional, and we’ve been able to incorporate a host of fresh new online and multi-player game play modes, along with exciting content into this version of Guitar Hero that our fans have been asking for,” said Dusty Welch, head of publishing at RedOctane.

“Also, many of the top bands and songs we’ve tried to get in the past are now on board, and we’ve definitely got some giant aces in the hole to say the least. In addition, offering a new line of Gibson wireless guitars for each platform is going to truly add to the authentic rock star experience like no other,” he added.

The game will be out by Christmas.

I really don't know which one to get.

Guitar Hero 3, or Rock Band.

theres a rap song in GH3?? ill buy it

but it would be nice if they include more rap songs with some good guitar riffs..

but ill buy GH when they release macgyver theme song in there
