there still isnt a way to play back-ups on a PS3......unfortunatly..

Yer you can download games straight into the ps3 from the web browser, but it has to be the right file type and theres not that many sites that are doing it yet.

I would do it, but i like to collect game cases.

Ive checked around, no one has hacked the PS3 firmware yet, I look all the time, everytime I see a new PS3 rls the same question comes up "Are These Playable Yet?" and the answer is always.. "No"...... Trust me I wish there was a way, but no one has done it yet cuz ps3 games are encrypted, and the key stored in a secret area of the disc that no one has located yet, and w/o the key you can't decrypt it.....even lots of the Scene PS3 ISO rls's don't include the part of the disk that has the key on it and are useless, like the "Lair" which was just released in the scene a week ago....

lol.... I used to get copies for the ps1 but after that I just bought them properly for the ps2 and xbox 360. I don't really have much games for the 360 now, I traded 6 in yesterday for Stranglehold lol

the ones I do have though are as follows...

Stranglehold
Gears of War
Crackdown
Call of Duty 3 (still not played on newest 360)
Dead Rising
Pro Evo 6 (got it free with 360, it sucks)

that's it.

traded 6 games for one?? damn man, i used 2 do that all the time but i was losing so much money i stopped doing it.

oops, i didn't state that right. I was a little short on cash and cuz I didn't play some of the games I traded 6 in, but they came to £56 and the game was £40 so I got the game plus 15 pounds worth of vouchers which i'll use towards halo 3 when the time comes.

I agree with you though, we do lose out big time with trading in. Each game cost me between £30-40 lol
