I cant get a video of the caves in Pokemon, but until now, i never realized just how much Nintendo copied the FF forumula with Pokemon.. No wonder Pokemon was such a huge huge sucess...

damn. Anyone noticed this before? I mean, even the cave 'ladders' look exactly the same!

Pokémon isn't successful because of it's derivation of Final Fantasy. It's successful because it's aimed at stupid little fucking kids.

If FF was aimed at stupid little kids, it'd be just as popular if not more.

Yeah i know, but there is no denying, Nintendo stole FF's formula almost exactly how it was in FF1 (original) and just changed the characters and locations. The main game is exactly the same, what with the battles, same looking rooms etc.

I can't believe i've not noticed this as much before. I knew they were similar, but even the stupid detail like ladders are the same. damn Nintendo...

Yes! First time I saw someone other than myself say something about it. I always thought Nintendo ripped off the battle system but FF used people while Pokemon used "animals" *watches PETA come in and complain*
