Skull Effect: Unlocks hidden dialogue throughout Halo 3’s campaign.

Skull Location:

Currently, the IWHBYD (I Would Have Been Your Daddy) Skull has still not been found by the public. Only members of the Bungie team know the location of the final Silver skull in the game.

However, from anonymous tips and comments from members of the Bungie team, we have learned a few things. First off, according to the game files, The IWHBYD Skull is located on the level, “The Covenant”. In the game files, the level is actually called “citadel”, and as you can see in the pictures below, that is where the skull is hidden.
