I was wondering if anyone can help me, Im a little confused about a few gaming systems.First what is the difference netween a ds and a ds lite? Second can u play all the nintendo handheld games like gameboy, gameboy sp, ds on each system. Like if i were to buy a gb advance can i buy a ds game to play with the system.Thanks

im pretty sure the DS only plays advanced games...no color or og Gb games
and no u cant play DS games on a advanced

The Gameboy CANNOT play DS games. That's like asking of the XBox can play 360 games.

a gameboy SP cant play DS games. They're two different systems.

In my opinion, i've owned a DS and PSP , and the PSP is much better in terms of graphics and build quality. The PSP has a better range of games. The DS has some good games but if you're not into Pokemon, Zelda etc go for the PSP. With some huge games already out, you cant go wrong. I mean, Vice City Stories is unbelievably good. IF you're not after 18 rated games, go for Medal Of Honour Heroes or Final Fantasy. Also, Crisis Core should come out sometime soon and that game is the best on any handheld system period. I enjoyed my DS , dont get me wrong, but i've definately had more fun with the PSP, not to mention the PSP has very very quick loading times now. UMD's can hold more than a DS cart. So yeah, PSP. But at the end of the day, it's your decision

well i have a daughter 11 and a son 6 and i was going to buy them a wii since they got a ps3 and 360 last year but im not really sure what to buy.Do u know where i can get the best deal with a few games or something? on both systems

Nope. It wouldn't make any sense. The DS games use 2 screens. A gameboy SP has one screen.
