Final Fantasy VII for the Playstation and PC is my absolute favorite. On the new consoles though, I would have to say Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for the XBox 360 and PS3.

Erm tough decision, its a fight between FF9,FF10 and the old pokemon games for the orginal gameboy.

Think FF10 tops it though because of its pure awesomeness.
