Anyone else think that if they made a rap version of this game it would be good they could give you a drumpad:

And you have to remake the beats lol I don't know prob wont happen but if it did id buy it in a second.

They made a actual rap game with a mic for ps2. It had Jada on the cover. I remember seein it at gamestop a few years back. But that would be a dope idea with the drumpad.

I like the rap idea but not with a drumpad, I don't know what else it could be though...

Nah a drumpad would be dope, you can switch between using drum sounds, to hits, to snares etc. When you put it like that theres alot more you can do with it then a guitar.

Making rap doesn't require anywhere near as much talent as rock music.

ANYBODY can rap, it seriously isn't that hard. The majority of rap songs don't even use real instruments, just beats being played via computer. The only rap group that could seriously be in a game like Guitar Hero or Rock Band are probably The Roots.

I'm not turning this into a rock vs. rap thread, but in all honesty, rap doesn't really require any REAL talent whatsoever aside from talking in rhymes.

And besides ?uest Love, you really don't hear of any other people in the rap game that fuck with instruments.

Nar, rap beats don't differ enough. It would just be the same thing for each verse just switched up a bit in the chorus. Would get to repetitive IMO.

I think rap would be good if it stuck more to the karaoke style games, because it is really lacking when it comes to use of instruments for the majority.

I think they need a piano game, since I always really wanted to play the piano

Grahf i think you'd be surprised about the number of artists who play instruments nowadays, and with most producers that's the case too

But yeah, you could make a decent "Rap Heroes" game if you want and use a keyboard, a drum pad, maybe even a guitar
