Special MGS4 PS3 Color Revealed (Game Pricing, Too)

According to this scan from Japanese magazine Famitsu, the regular version of Metal Gear Solid 4 will retail for ¥8,800 (US $91), the Special Edition will go for ¥9,800 ($101) and the bundle will go for ¥51,800 ($534). And the color of the PS3 console in that special edition MGS4 bundle? That would be "steel." Fitting.

I know Konami in their right might wouldn't because that would decrease sales for alot of gamers unwilling to pay for it, but you never know, since it is the last installment of the series. If it did, I wouldn't worry about the money, because id rather pay more for a GREAT game when compared to $50-$60 for a game that would be mediocre. It's only $30-$40 more, I spend $30-$40 a day on a daily basis, just like many others (Food, Gas, Bills, etc), if I stay home and not eat out or something, then I can buy this. I'd want to put money on something that I know will interest me rather than something I read was good but have no prior experience of playing.

I was at Gamestop yesterday & the reserve boxes for the standard edition is $59.99. The high prices of games do drive some gamers away. Look at Rock Band with the price of that I can get 2 or 3 new PS3 games with that.
