Arrow Halo 3 Heroic Maps Set Free On Tuesday


Today's Bungie Weekly Update features a handy reminder for the frugal. Next Tuesday, March 25 at 2 AM PDT, the Heroic Map Pack for Halo 3 will become a free download on Xbox Live. Good things come to those who wait (and reject microtransactions). That will coincide with the reveal of the third map from the soon to be released Legendary Map Pack, which, if you're getting greedy, has no current plans for becoming an eventual freebie. Who knows if that may change. God and The Shadow, probably. Maybe Luke Smith.

that fuckin sucks for the dude that just bought.. i knew they were gonna become free eventually after reading it online...it was just a matter of time... if you havent seen these maps in action, go on youtube and watch gameplay footage... especially in rat's nest.... that is such a bad ass place...

I'll probably get these. I recently started playing Halo 3 again and have enjoyed it more the second time around.

Really the only online games i'm interested in right now are RB6 Vegas 2 and this. COD 4 got old fast and GoW is like a graveyard online now.
