Don’t live in America, or want to pay for Qore, but you do want to get into the R2 Beta. Well according to Insomniac’s James Stevenson, “the best way which will give you the earliest access to the beta will involve a pre-order program that should be announced soon.”

I think it will be something like how the MGO Beta went. Where you had to pre-order MGS4 to get into the MGO Beta.

If it's a Beta to try out the Multiplayer online it's good but if your going to play some part of the offline story mode i agree with you..
