ive never heard of that brand, but Western Digital & LaCie are supposta be the best. i have a WD from a few years ago and it works great. also SanDisk makes quality shit. u dont wanna buy a noname brand shit cuz youll lose all your shit if it fucks up

SeaGates a good brand also. Wouldn't bother buying it though, you won't need that much space. Just by a 160G internal.

i want a 500GB HD...i would love that shit. espically if it had a really fast transfer rate...i would put all my movies, music, and programs on it. my computers HD would have like 200GB outta 250 free.

Yea I'd like it as well, but externals are to much. You can buy a 320GB hard drive for a sixth of the cost of an external 500GB drive.

Your definitely better off coping one of the brands me or Pyro suggested. Cause shitty brands get bad sectors easily. And that can take out gigs of music and shit.

don't know much about this, but also look at the spindle speed, cache buffer and the seek time.
