Whey Protein
Anyone got any tips on mixin this shit up? Everytime I try to stir it into my milk I stir it for like 5 minutes straight and it looks like it's all mixed in then when I stop I still got a ton at the top and it tastes like shit. I don't know how many people here take it but it's pissin me off and I'm desperate to get it mixed in lol.

idk anything whit whey but weight proteins usually are eazy to mix altho i havent tried 1 dat taste good  but get a mixer you know like cooks usually have..not a big 1 a regular one..but some proteins are like dat and gets a layer of stuff on top..DONT TAKE STEROIDS!!!

Lol it aint steroids... Whey is like one of the most common proteins to get. And would like a normal blender work? Cuz when I drink that shit the little things on the top make me wanna throw up. They don't even taste that bad idk what it is but it's nasty as hell.

water > milk when mixin whey. milk has other nutrients n shit that will offset the effect so to say when u mix it with straight water. a mixer isnt bad to use, i do that when im lazy, but i usually do it by hand for a few mins and its good

yea definately use water, it aint ever gonna mix perfect just drink the shit, if u got a nasty flavor ur SOL. also u better make sure ur workin out after u drink that shit otherwise ur gonna be takin a massive diareha shit
