Just wondering if anyone got a program that can make ringtones out of song files you already have, thanks

you gotta be able to get on the net from your fone i believe...it sends a text to your fone with a link you can get it from...it has directions...when you pick your fone and all that itll tell you wat you can do as far as getting backgrounds or ringtones and what not...
