...and yes this is a spinoff post. That sh!t got me to thinkin' though. I get syrup prescribed for my asthma and/or bronchitis so I keeps a bottle on deck. But I never sipped on the level that folks in Texas, Florida, etc. does...at least I don't think I do.

Anyways...Is sh!t really THAT much a staple within the southern hip-hop scene that folks are possibly dying off of that sh!t like that? How much of that sh!t do folks be drankin to make their heart stop or to be possibly dying in their sleep. I read this article on some young cats in Texas going through re-had for sippin bar. Some of the folks within the article went as far as to saying Promethazine with Codeine even causes urinary tract infections!

I know right....what's your take on it if you sip?

Im right near Atlanta and I know people if you can feel me and shit aint really that prevalent. I been in the streets of GA a long ass time and seen everything from CCAC prescription weed in official packages to pure uncut white girl and Ive never had access to that shit except a couple times my grandma gave me the shit.

On some other shit the active ingredient in lean is hydrocodone and we get that around here in pill form and Ive had two homies pass away off that shit. Them pills aint no joke. Stick with weed and alcohol. Mufukas underestimate the power of pills and take too many cuz they think its safe cuz they come from the doctor. Then they go to sleep and the heart rate slows down and they still got pills kickin in and it makes thier heart stop. Shits fucked up.

...and that tussionex is like 3 times more expensive and will really have you itchin' like a fiend. That sh!t is also grainy as fcuk too...time released capsules if I'm not mistakes.

lean is syrup and xanax. xanax is only supposed to be taken for a couple of weeks and when u be takin them everyday you get addicted, and if you dont take them ur body goes thru withdrawl. imo its the xanax that be fuckin everybody up. cuz ill be sippin that prometh and if you take it w/out the xanax it really dont do nuthin... like my man always says "you cant have the syrup without no pankakes"

everything is best when used in moderation
