Need some opinions on this old article for a class.

I figured I'd ask for opinions here. Basically, I'm doing a write-up on this old article about a guy who used the website SexSearch for a hookup, only to end up "shacking up" with a minor (and getting punished while the girl goes unpunished).

"But her profile said she was 18" == jail cell, judge rules

Note that you need to be 18 and also have a credit card to join, so this guy should've had nothing to worry about (with the exception of ending up with a psycho, a tranny, or someone with a STD).
