i do it 2 n one of my knucks on my right hand always crack even wen i dont try to if i move it towards my palm it cracks all the time

crack'n your knuckles...don't know bout that. but it isn't bad 4 your joints, just a rumor. and the only way i know how to stop nail biting is to use this polish that has a onion or other nasty taste.
