Nope, but I've caught them fuckin virus from bad downloads, so I dont download a lot of shit no more

Plus I think sendspace etc is not monitored.

I think those copyright companies monitor programs like limewire, kazaa, bearshare, etc.

Torrents can get u, if u do public torrents like piratebay. But i used em 4 years and i neva get caught. Just dont go insane wit it and get greedy, then u'll be good

All I know is that the normal procedure would be that the copyright company would issue a subpeona to the ISP then the ISP would release the customer info then you would get subpeona in the mail.

If they did contact Sendspace, etc they would have to go through all the trouble of sending a subpeona to Sendspace, etc then retrieving the IP and then going through the process in the previous paragraph. lol
