What I Hold Against SOME white people.

I Watched a television programme on the discovery channel, where thse academics and scholars who spend all their life at university were attacking black culture and seems to place themselves ahead of us. heres some of the issues they discussed. I was enraged Now you may not give a fuck but remember you are indirectly or directly affected, so stay ignorant


I know this is probably the most controversial post i will ever make, or maybe this most controversial this year so far.., i wont make it short neither, because i have thought it out very well.. i will start with a topic thats a favourite of many..

Remember .. Im attacking the academics.. the ones who live the good life and despise of "black culture" and hip hop urban life.. i have nothing against everyone else... hopefully you'll see where im coming from

the use of the word "Nigga"

Nigger which some times is found in forms of "nikka", "nigga", Niggah, niggka, Nigguh, Nigg, e.t.c is a racist slur used in reference to dark-skinned peoples, especially people of African ancestry

We are reaching an era where its now "cool" to be black... Hip Hop culture is desirable, e-bonics is a widespread lingo and everyone wants in. And i go around chatrooms just to catch up with friends around the world and i get the shock of my life. Nobody, i mean nobody wants to be classified as "white". One is either a quarter brazilian or a sixteenth puerto rican and they think it makes them get accepted(since is predominantly "dark skin" they look to associate to). And there is me thinking colour is a visual interpretation and says nothing about character? Thats when the word "nigga" comes in. After this claim they rant on calling everyone nigga.. releasing tension as they would have wished to use the word but in reality would have been beaten the fuck up. So you are all wondering where i stand in this matter. Yes i dont think it should be used by other races, either keep it black or get rid of it. And people say thats racist in its own sense but i will give you an example. Egypt had lots of treasure taken from them. But it is slowly making its way back. Just like the black race had their dignity and freedom taken from them. ts making its way back. I hear some say its OK to say "nigga" but not "nigger". Fuck is you a mind reader now? How do you know you arent being clowned? Listen, that word was a word of hate, disgust, and it even led us to being called "black people" Like come on are we even black? We have since gained control of that word. The black people are on top of it now and ill tell you this. Its use is now controlled by them. I have many white friends and i told them that the use of the word "nigga" condones racism. He may say it with no evil/hat, but whats the next dude gonna think. Sometimes i disagree with a white person and i hear mumbles of the word "nigga".. Not so innocent now is it? For this word, a double standard is whats needed. Because life is unfair like that. And slavery was unfair too. Bringing me to my second topic

We Should forget slavery because it happened 160 years ago...

Factually thats wrong, because colonisation saw slavery till the 90's in Africa. And hold on... Forget? Ahem... Im African.. I lived there for the first 14 years of my life.. im 17 now.. but eh? Forget. Why? I see the scars of slavery everytime i go back home.. and hell im supposed to forget about that? Sumtimes i dont even know how to react to that comment.. should i laugh at that person's ignorance or should i be angry? Slavery can't be forgotten. Slavery is the biggest cause of Africa's downfall.

High-rise buildings you see when you walk in north american/ european streets? Those are the fruit of slavery and colonisation. Almost 60% of Africa's minerals and resources vanished during the 15th Century to the 2oth Century timeline. And Christopher Columbus discovered the world and shit like that.? Come on people were already living there... it was already there. Victoria falls in my country was discovered by some David livingstone dude and he named it after Queen Victoria? Why should he be credited for it? When The Tonga people Of that area had been living there for centuries before? What makes him so much more important than them? And sometimes i see Africans being clowned in this forum. Bust most of you dont really realise that if you go back 3 or more generations, its actually where you from and you actually have relatives there.

At the end of the day it boils down to respect.Like those scholars expect their history to be treated with repsect, i think ours deserves that too.

Africa;s Wealth is one of the reason;s those diamonds are on your neck or im sittng behind this computer. Without the gold and slavery it wouldnt be possible for america/europe to have the strongest economies. And then i come over to europe to live there and they tell me "go back to your country" we dont want you here, your living off our taxes" excuse me, but when your forefathers came, they werent told that. They were welcomed and tricked our people into signing treaties they didnt understand. So this is as much yours as it is mine.. lol. Sometimes with uneducated people, you choose to ignore them...

i dont wanna sound like a "taking whats ours" campaign because to be truthful nothing is actually ours. the earth is meant to be occupied by people and in reality nobody owns shit. But obviously when someone wants to play it that way, u do the same. Bringing me to my last point.

thanx yo, but if im completely honest, at first fat joe bothered me, but then i read into it a bit more because i saw people were blasting him, and hes got latin in him, the latins are normally classed as "dark skinned" which is a basis for the word nigga, i remember when we did a history class about 3 yrs ago and the british familiarised the indians to the "ethiops", another word for blacks because of their dark skin, i know they arent latin but they arent your "nigga" stereotype

it would have been a lot easier to say those things. should black people get over slavery? depends. im over it. i dont resent every white person i see because i know their ancestors had my ancestors as slaves because they had nothing to do with that at all.
