Its not the missiles we should be afriad of. The suitcase bombs can be bought into anywhere with no way of trackcing them. After the collapse of the SU, a lot of nuclear material went missing around states in Eastern Euroe and The Middle East, as well as several fully assembled weapons, and many of these still have not been recovered.
