the router should allow u to set up restrictions and if all else fails let him have the internet and wen eva he leaves log on into his shyt and download lyk 40 viruses and delete all his access to the Internet (I.E. delete the shortcuts on the desktop i doubt he'd find it being that he is such a dumb ass as u say)
