i got it like 4-5 years ago the easy way, but i had to wait like 6-7 months for it cz i didnt lose 10 kilos ...i got put to sleep n they done their job. afterwards it didnt hurt much or nothing...the next day i had a footy game n still played, so i guess theres not much in it besides a sting here n there...

homie don't do it UNLESS you can't retract the skin (phismosis). You'll only get diseases if you don't wash it and get smegma etc..

Other way of getting diseases is an STD, but you know how that works........
