[6/20/07] iPhone DOUBLE NEWS CHECK IT OUT LOOK INSIDE
iPhone Will Run YouTube! So Will AppleTV Apple announced today that the iPhone will access YouTube through an application built into the device. This is great news for people that want to watch virals on the go, but don't expect every video to be available immediately. Apple's program will use H.264 to improve battery life and quality and they expect to have 10,000 videos converted by June 29th with YouTube's help. Here's another win for Apple in the ongoing battle to get your $600. Those of you with AppleTV's will also find that YouTube videos have hit the media-streaming box today.  Engadget: YouTube hits Apple TV today, headed for the iPhone as well iPhone Dock Revealed. Bask in its Glory! Hey! We almost went an hour without another iPhone story, but here it is. Behold the iPhone dock. While the picture reveals no ports or plugs, it's safe to assume that the back of the dock will have at least a USB port or A/C hook-up unless the dock powers itself on the cries of starving children from underdeveloped countries. We wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. Rumors are also flying that the dock will also charge the Apple Bluetooth headset that recently got the go ahead from the FCC.
