Default Cop Raped Woman, Woman Called 911, Same Cop Dealt With Complaint
Patrolman Marcus Huffman has been indicted for first-degree sexual assault after raping a 19-year-old woman. The woman was turned away from a club and Huffman offered her a ride home. He instead took the woman to a deserted substation and raped her.

Later the woman called 911 and Huffman and two other officers were dispatched. Huffman dealt with her complaint since he was the senior officer. He later filed a report which failed to mention "the incident involving him and the victim".

Huffman, who has been on the police force for 13 years, has previously been charged with sex crimes but has never been convicted. One incident involved sexual relations with a 10-year-old. Huffman is currently free but has been suspended without pay.
