Can you guess what heinous crime NBC's Dateline task force is investigated most recently?
Bridge safety across the nation? Torture in Iraqi prison camps? Cyber identity theft? Nope. The ever-growing trend of iPod thef. Yes, as part of hidden camera crackdown, Dateline allows nerds to steal new by leaving "unattended" iPods in high traffic areas, but not before installing a special disc that secretly hands over the user's information to NBC. Hey, that kinda sounds like a setup! I mean, if I found $50 on the street and don’t see anyone around looking for it, am I supposed to turn it into the cops and let them keep it? Or leave it there for some other dude to find and spend? Hell no! You can catch me down at Scores getting mass lap dances and drinking myself stupid. [By the way, $50 will last you about 5 minutes in a strip club, dumbass – Ed.] Engadget.com: Dateline “exposes” iPod thieves |
