This past Christmas, David Banner spent more than $40,000 on charities and giving back to his community. He bought gifts for all of the children who were not fortunate to recieve gifts from their parents. His past charity works include a large amount of donations towards Hurricane Katrina, AIDs foundations, Big Brothers program, and he's helped to build houses in his neighborhood.

Shit like this dont make big news or get told about, but if he hit one of them lil kids or somethin you'd see it flood all on the net and newspapers internationally.

David Banner is one of the only rappers who gives back to the community and defends hip hop. If there were more rappers like him, people wouldn't be so fast to hate on hip hop.
