From Undergroundhiphop.com -
Despite campaigns advertising that the new 9th Wonder album, The Wonder Years, would drop in late January or early February, 9th says that it’s still incomplete. The super producer recently told HipHopDX that his record with Erykah Badu is still in the works and that Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes is putting the finishing touches on his contribution to the record. Styles P, Jean Grae, and The Justus League will also be featured on The Wonder Years. 9th continued by ensuring his fans that the new album is something worth waiting for. “My best friend told me that The Wonder Years is the best record he’s heard me produce so far. It’s R&B and hip hop together. The records are very big, and they sound very big. They show growth. You can hear the growth between The Dream Merchant [Volume 2] and The Wonder Years. The beats sound epic. It fills the room up. That’s what The Wonder Years is. It's a cookout record.” Can't wait for this to drop. There hasn't been many albums in the past few years that I've actually anticipated.
