You do know that Iraq has had and used WMDs in the past, right? It's extremely likely that he simply moved them to a neighboring country.

What do u think the US did in WWII the US sold weapons to the Nazi's and the Alias before we jumped in the war. This is not news it happens everyday all around the world wherever there is conflict.
