I use photoshop, and resize holding shift.

do you know how to change the size a pic with it distorting???

go to the picture, get the properties or right click view picture on the web page and copy the complete web address, then put [IMG*] the picture [/IMG*] without the stars.

yeah thats what i want, how do you post them as the size it is when you found it

It only posts them at the size they are, unless you resize them yourself.
