I'm going to go easy on u. The bg is terrible, when u find a render you have try and find a bg that complements the render. The lighting on jay's face doesn't look right also. Just take your time. That's all i'm going to say.

Keep at it, I see your growth, and you will grow better each day. You will get harsh Feedback around here, so just expect it. But for those who offer advice, tips and suggestions, just kindly take it into consideration.

c/s w/ bbgurl... i can def. see ur gettin better, but u gotta keep at it, i've been doin gfx for bout a year now... see where i'm at... not even that great yet, it takes a lotta work... some ppl learn faster than others, some people already know what looks good and what they need to add by lookin at the pics, where as, others... like myself, have to experiment to get the best outcome....
when doin a sig, try use a bg that follows the same colors as the render, because then it's much easier to blend the render... keep at it.
