how would i put like a shine effect on the glasses

and how do i make it so lil wayne doesnt pop from the image so much and blends more

1. Wayne sigs are bad news here.
2. Its too big to be used here.
3. The gfx heads on here are going to be here any minute now to say some harsh words. (Don't take it personal, everybody's been there)
4. Tutorials are the best way to go.
5. I'm not a Photoshop master myself, so I say "Practice Makes Perfect."
