anyway you should read more tutorials if you want advance.
but fo real... background needs more work..and add some dope text..i recommend somekind of graffitti style

do you do photoshop work?

it is a bit bland mate. bring some life to it, work on text and see what happens but i the most important thing is fuck off that no good loc tho!haha
