hey does anyone have a tut on how to make a bling like blaze had on his rims in 1 of his sigs if some1 could hook me up wit a link or the tut i would really sppreciate it n ill prop who ever hooks me up thnx

umm his escalade sig he had his rims shinin' n shit i need to make a girls chain look like its blinging if i could get a tut on how to make it bling like troubles ring in his current sig the way it moves from 1 spot to the other thnx

either use brushes or:
use the line tool and place 2 lines in a X across each other. then get out a smudge brush and from the center drag out accordingly. then lower opacity or add effects accordingly hope that helps. i personelly use brushes mainly tho like pdogg said
