not sure i posted this in the right spot , was wondering why mikes jones new cd hasent been posted yet , its already out in stores and i cant find it anywhere on the net...

It was on a few days ago. Plus it's only an EP, which is only a few songs to tide us over until the actual album surfaces. Usually that happens when theres no interest in the project to begin with. The same can be said for Yung Berg's album. He dropped an EP a couple months back and will be releasing his debut album soon. Mike Jones is kinda up in the air. He has the potential to sell (being that Who is Mike Jones was Platinum Plus) but I guess he's had record company trouble. (BTW, Swishahouse wouldve released it by now!)

I dont think it's weak, cuz the songs on the ep are good, its just label trouble. i guess that since he blew last time, they expected 4 him to explode, and he didn't. Yet another artist caught in the sophomore album jinx. Happens to a lot of great artists. Hopefully he can bounce back. SMH at all the record haters hatin Mike Jones. Everyone has their own style. If he came hella lyrical (being from the south) people would either not listen or critically pan him (a'la Little Brother) Being a universal rap (and Hip Hop) fan, I can definitely say he has his place in music. Just cuz he's not boastin about his rhyme skills or bangin on someone or spittin uplifting rhymes doesnt mean he's weak.
