Nas dropped a lot of important names on his new record "Ni993R/Untitled", many people who aren't familiar with the African-American struggle or African American history might not recognize many of the names that Nas dropped, or their backgrounds so I left links and short bio's so people can get a complete understanding of the lyrics.

Founder of the Black Guerrilla Family Black Panther and author of "Blood in My Eye", he exposed the brutality and racism inside prisons and was gunned down by racist prison guards in 1971.

Jonathan Jackson
A 17 yr old revolutionary who stormed a courthouse and took a judge hostage in an attempt to break his brother George Jackson out of Prison, he yelled to reporters gathering outside the courthouse, “You can take our pictures. We are the revolutionaries!” he was gunned down during the escape along with the hostages by police.
