ok last i heard he got jail for murder in the first....

2006 Car Accident
Cassidy was critically injured in a motor vehicle accident on the night of October 4, 2006, when a commercial truck, the size of a U-Haul truck, collided with Cassidy who was in his SUV. He suffered a fractured skull and broke several bones on the left side of his face. He's appearing to be doing just fine.MTV News The man who was driving the vehicle that crashed into Cassidy was 36 year-old Javier Trujillo González, a truck driver from Carson City, Michigan [5] He is no longer a patient in Jersey City Medical Center, in Jersey City, New Jersey following the accident. Has anyone got a picture of him from after the accident? Cause it sounds like it fucked him up, maybe he won't look ten years old anymore
