1,. MONEY OVER BULLSHIT (LES): pure east coast sound and Nas drops 2 of the best verses of the year. 5/5
2.- U CANT KILL ME (SALAAM REMI): Still cant believe Nas put this wack song. The beat is so wack that makes me impossible to ear the entire song. 1/5 3.- CARRY ON TRADITION (STORCH): The beat is decent and nas rips it as usual. 4/5 4.- WHERE R THEY NOW (SALAAM): Pure old school flavor, BDK style. 4/5 5.- HHID (WILL I AM): Its a good song, specially the last verse. I liked more thiefs theme (one of the best street singles ever) though. 4/5 6.- WHO KILLED IT? (WILL I AM): Whoaa!! Nas rips it bugs bunny style over a "grindin" type of beat. 4,5/5. 7.- BLACK REPUBLICANS (L.E.S): Maybe one of the best beats of the year and both, nas and jay spit hard but i like nas verse the most 5/5 8.-NOT GOIN BACK (STARGATE): I was expectin a wack song but its tight. Great rhymes by nasir and good hook from kelys. 4/5 9.- STILL DREAMIN (KANYE): Spectacular beat that sound like common´s "Go". Both kanye and nas came correct on yhis one. 5/5 10.- HOLD DOWN THE BLOCK (BATSON): laid back beat and great hook. Nas still brings the heat. 4,5/5 11.- BLUNT ASHES (C-WEBB): Not bad but not hip hop. 2,5/5. 12.- let there b light (kanye): Anothe Kanye banger with tre williams soundin a lot like anthony hamilton. Hotness. 5/5 13.- PLAY ON PLAYA (STORCH): Both snoop and nas kill the track(nas flow on this one is:flamethrowingsmiley ) 4,5/5 14.- CANT FORGET BOUT U (WILL I AM): The second single. Christmas sound with the chick of lost ones doin a perfect hook. "i go by n now, just one syllable" 5/5 15.- HUSTLERS (DRE): I think dre could do it better (imagine) but its a nice beat with nas and game spittin flames. 4,5/5. 16.- HOPE: Acapella joint 4 the love of the game 4,5/5. I got hopes 4 him 2 remove u cant kill me form the album and replace it with white mans paper or already know. I dont know if this is possible. total: 4,5/5. |

Nas flow dont fit the music cuz its not the typical hip hop beat he is used 2 rhyme. Sounds like Madlib

I gotta disagree with most of the review. For example why you say blunt ashes is not hip-hop and I cant understand why you like that bunny sounding song.In my opinion the overall rating is same but I would rate the songs differently.

yeah who killed it is funny 2 me and the lyrics is deep. Only Nas can do a song like that (and maybe MF DOOM)
