NY is still running it big time, emcees like Papoose, Saigon, Loj and Joell Ortiz are up and coming... and doing their thing on the mixtape circuit right now.
I believe everything goes around in circles. Right now the mid-west and the south has the bigger share of the cake, but NY is the essence. I think we need to ask what happend to the west coast? Is Game and the Blue Scholars the only one's holding it down. |
