Christopher Maybe Not Dead After All?

Well I was watching a preview for next weeks episode and at 45 secs it shows Christopher driving I don't think they took this from any of the earlier episodes of this season because I dont remember seeing. Also remember when tony was puking and he was staring at a light for like 5 secs? Well I think he was either dreaming or the car accident did happen and he went into a coma and that light is a sign of a operating light. Anyways heres the trailer:
