President of Production for Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, has let slip some very interesting details about upcoming Marvel projects and, wearing a very silly old-fashioned hat, he ran to a phone booth to call us with the scoop.

Here's what we know so far:

* Shooting on the new Incredible Hulk film begins July 9th.
* Earlier today, they cast Academy Award-winning actor William Hurt as General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross.
* When asked why Marvel was doing a "reimagining" of the Hulk, Feige, in so many words, said it was because the first one didn't turn out like they wanted.
* Marvel's next project will be Captain America, slated to open in 2009. It will be half-period piece, half-modern day update.
* After Captain America, Marvel will begin production on Thor.

Toot! Toot! All aboard the comic book movie train!

i just hope they make these comic book movies with good story lines and plots...and don't make it as lame as daredevil and the likes...even fantastic 4 is borderline with the exception of alba...

im hopin dat wen dey make dat hulk....dey shuld scratch dat cpu animated crap....da series still rules imo
