i dont based what movies i see on some1's opinion i read what the movie is about and if the trailer looks good/entertaining 2 ME! i go see it & IMO most of his recent movies have sucked IMO! only good ones were Shrek I & II & DreamGirls

Damn, you guys really need to show some fucking respect for one of the all time greatest comedians in the world.

Just because Eddie Murphy starred in a bunch of stupid ass movies does not mean he's not funny. That's like saying Richard Pryor was shit because he starred in The Toy. Despite how many fuckups Eddie Murphy has been in, I would always give him a shot, simply because I actually grew up watching his movies and listening to his standups since the early 80's.
