Did anyone see this movie? I remember when it came out I never got around to seeing it but I just rented it and WOW shit is good. John Singleton is still producing great urban movies.. I haven't really heard much about this film and blockbuster only had one copy but I don't know why because if u like gangster films this movie is a must.

yeah man this was a horrible movie,

I like a lot of urban John Singleton movies, though. Mostly the ones he directed, especially Boys N The Hood. I even liked Four Brothers, albeit very corny.

I liked the movie I thought it was written well only downfall was the lead actor is kinda pussy alittle better casting their would have payed off. Also all the latin women were amazing..

You see, I like the idea of revenge/protect your family kind of movies, but I thought this was super generic/play by the numbers.

You ever see Running Scared? That's a more recent one that I really enjoyed a lot. It was kinda fucked up.
