Paying Job For Logo Designer!

I need someone to make me a logo. I am willing to pay 40/45 bones for this. It's for my website, we get published regularly in USA Today, SF Chronicle, and other large websites. I'd like for a few people to get at this. I might cop both. This will certainly lead to more work. We're looking to get some T-Shirt Designs, stickers, hats, we got an ad campign launching around X-Mas and other graphics designed for the site. AS you can see there are several banner spots that can be improved upon. I'm kind of looking for that hiphop flavor, but in a formal manner. Feel me? I know what that means in my own mind, but it probably makes no sense. I obviously brought this here because ya'll are some talented designers. You wow me enough there might be a full-time gig here, we need story graphics on like a daily basis, so if you can meet deadlines there might be something here. but let's do one thing at a time.
