im looking to get these pics to go together and i suck at photoshop

the dimensions i wanted were 363 high and 500 wide (whatever the file is already)

The file is an Adope Photoshop File
and i already have the pictures cut out
i just need some good PS skills, something i dont have
and i was thinking just like a colored background or whatever, it dosnt really matter because there isnt much showing

done.. is dis aight ?

i used the cartoony effect to make it look better, which i think it does now.. aight tekk it easy..

ask Rowe,rsmk or sum one else to make it for you..they know how..+ if thats cartoon effect then brown is green

but i-2by can you make the glowing thing the same color on both probably the whitish color on wayne
