i wanted to know how do you blend a picture with the background or how do you just blend. Just help me out

do the best you can by choosing similar colours in the background and the picture - then you can either:

a) use lasso tool and set some feathing about 15PX
b) use a default soft brush and drop down its opacity to 20% then go over bit by bit
c) do something like smudging the picture into the background
