I hope this is the right thread, but anyway ya'll be killin them sigs man!!! I got photoshop CS3 are there any plugins that will help me make better designs and pics mad props to whoever replies wit some info...Thanks!!!!

plugins alone dont make sigs. u gotta use a range of filters and other tools such as smudge, sharpen, blur, dodge, burn, brush, pen (maybe), etc....
