RWD , don't have one and I think it would be great if they could make a cheap RWD car like the corolla from Initial D

I thought by engine layout you meant front/mid/rear engine...

FWD is probably the safest driving system out of the bunch (excluding 4wd), why would you put I want to drive fast and die? I think a better description would be "FWD: I want power with the least drivetrain loss as possible."

I'd pick AWD, rear-biased with a front mounted engine (not a fan of mid-engine setups). Manual preferred but tiptronic or manumatic will do. I like AWD because around track corners I feel more secure in accelerating than with other drivetrains. Yeah there's major drivetrain loss but I'm not a top speed enthusiast...leave that for the fast and the furious groupies.

Mid engine RWD. Front wheel drive doesn't handle better you clowns. There's a thing called understeer, have you ever heard of it? If FWD was the best platform to use don't you think Ferrari and Porsche would use it? Also madd power to the front wheels = wheel hop and massive torque steer.
